I think that most commercials on (chemical) medicaments would have such a long list on side-effects to tell if they had to. As you can read on all packing lists included... sometimes i feel sick just by reading them.

My alltime mostloved big-laugh is boomerang, was famous some years ago and i even found an english translation...
its a nice intro and starts to become funny and sad after about 1 min 40...
