Tough password requirements
Having to change a password at yearly or quarterly intervals has become a common way to increase security. (Not that I really agree with such a policy, as it often may result in an increase of users writing passwords on Post-Its that they place on the computer monitor, defeating the original purpose of a password)
The following statement takes password requirements to a whole new level:

Pretty goovy idea of microsoft. I am sure this is secure as far as passwords are concerned that you keep in mind.
